ABOUT
ViacomCBS's Business & Legal Affairs (BALA) Fellowship is a 2-year rotational program for recent law school graduates with 2-3 years of work experience, providing direct exposure to some of the top entertainment lawyers in the industry.

This role supports the development and production side of our business with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts.

Eligibility

Law school graduates (JD required) with 2-3 years of professional experience

 

Must be admitted into a state bar

 

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are a plus

 

Ability to build strong client relationships at all levels of the business and advise clients in an ever-evolving corporate environment
